We stayed at this venue during the weekend and found it very easy to locate with parking places nearby. The location was perfect for us as it is outside the city center, but still close enough to walk to the tourist area. It is also very near a main artery, making it easily accessible by public and private transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, providing excellent service.

The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly, providing us with maps and helpful information about the city. They even were very good by giving us information about local hospitals when my daughter was feeling unwell. The hotel was also very clean and the rooms were spacious and quiet, made for a comfortable stay. the location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops that allowed us to explore the city easily.

One of the highlights was the really good service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special mention goes to Beatrice and Maribel, who took great care of us with their warm smiles and helpfulness.

During my stay at Hotel Porcel Torneo, I had a lovely experience. The front desk staff, particularly Almudena Fernandez, provided really good service. She gave me valuable information on the best places to visit and how to get there. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city.

There were a couple of minor issues. The fridge in my room would get wet at the bottom when the card was removed and the electricity was cut off.

Clean and comfortable with great beds. Breakfast is excellent but costs extra. The decor is fresh and parking is easy and secure. Staff are friendly and there are good transport options. Reasonable prices.

The hotel's location was ideal, being semi close to the airport, which was convenient for my early flight. Additionally, it was easy to get to the city center from here. I also loved the fact that the hotel was far away from any events, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
